Meeting info:

• Date : from Tuesday, December 11th (9:30 AM) to Friday, December 14th (2:00 PM)
• Venue/Location : The meeting will be held at INRIA Rhône-Alpes, room A104. (see map below)
• How to get to INRIA Rhône-Alpes : By tram/bus from downtown Grenoble, two possibilities :
  • By bus : Take “Voiron/Grenoble/Crolles Express” Line (in direction to “Crolles/Lumbin”) till “Pré de l’eau” stop then bus 6070 (in direction to “Gières”) till INRIA stop.
  • By tram then bus: Take tram B (in direction to “Gières/Universités”) till “Condillac Universités” stop then bus 6070 (in direction to “Bernin”) till the “INRIA” stop.

Meeting purpose:

• Integrate the modules that will be part of the final demonstrator

Tuesday, 11th December (all day, start at 9:30) :

• Installation

Buffet lunch served at INRIA

• Unit test of every module to be included on the demo (which ones ?)
  • From simple use case to more complex one
  • Code profiling to analyse performance (CPU, memory, etc)
• Integration tests for the modules to be run in parallel (which ones ?)
• Status on the reliability of each module

Wednesday, 12th December (all day, start at 9:30) :

• Start of the demo integration : Alexandre Mazel + one person from each partner team
• Set up a painting gallery test zone (2m x 3m)
• Choice of the paintings

• Continue the integration test and debug of the modules
